Terrible store. The associates lie and then if a return need be made, they back out and deny the return as well as any credibility. I would not recommend shopping here!
I got my mom a recliner for mother's day and myself a new bed and i have to say, definitely the most hassle-free furniture buying experience I've had, they didn't even mind the four times i came in just to try out the different beds before I finally reached a conclusion, and they even delivered both items to two different places for free
My husband and I bought a mattress at Nasser furniture on 4/5/17. We were told at that time that if we had any issues with the mattress, or if it didn't work for us, we could bring it back. We slept on the mattress for 3 nights and slept NO DIFFERENT than we did on our previous mattress, so I called on 4/8 asking to return if. We were never given a straight answer, and we were told to continue sleeping on it until the owner could call us today, 4/12. We are now being told we can exchange it for something different (which we don't want to do) or he's going to charge us $500 TO RETURN IT. WTF. The mattress was marked for $2200, and we financed it for $1500. He's telling us that he can't get $1500 out of this $2200 mattress because it sat in our home for 5 days. Not only did he assure me at the point of sale that we could return it with no problems, but now he's going back on his word, wanting to charge a 3rd of what we paid, and no where on the receipt does it specify the return policy. I will NEVER buy anything from Nasser Furniture again, and I encourage everyone to stay clear of the business, or make sure you have literally EVERYTHING in writing.
I have to say that store was great. I went all over Terre Haute looking and those guys were the only ones that seemed to really listen to me and what I was looking for.... I mean they werent real pushy but actually did find what i wanted and they worked with me on the price. Found my furniture store.
