Took many older photos and documents for several framing projects recently and I'm impressed with the results. The staff are always friendly and the framing work is excellent. They helped with color/frame choices, and are very knowledgeable and helpful for your specific needs.

Horrible customer service. I asked one worker if there was a fitting room to try on clothes from the boutique and she looked at me like I was crazy, as if a store with clothing wouldn't have a place to try on. Then once I was ready to check I stood by the cash register for 15 minutes while the two workers stood in the boutique talking and ignoring me. I finally decided to use my phone to call the store to force one of them to come to the register. Once she came to answer the phone, I hung up and she finally checked me out. This is the worst experience I've had at a store for a long time. So disappointing, especially because it was early in the morning and not busy at all.
