I needed a sofa after selling mine. I went to every furniture store within 50 miles of my home and couldn't find anything I wanted. At one store I was followed throughout the store as if I was going to walk out with a sofa under my arm. I knew I wasn't going to buy one there! The salesperson at Ashley greeted me, gave me her card, and told me to let her know if I needed help. Score one for Ashley. Ashley was having a sale! Score two for Ashley. I found a sofa I liked, and it was comfortable. I motioned to the salesperson, she told me the features of the sofa and the price. Score three! I bought the matching recliner too. SOLD! Thank you Ashley!
We came in not knowing what we wanted and Kevin was so willing to help. He showed us all the items that met our interests and gave us so much information! He wasn't pushy but was very informative! We will definitely be returning for future purchases!
I went in to find a pair of dining room chairs for a table and bench I had custom made by my uncle. Derek, along with a couple of the other salespeople, did an excellent job in helping me out. They went out to my truck to measure the table to insure the chairs would fit, walked around and showed me the chairs available, and showed me ones online as well. I was looking for a specific style of chair and they found one that matched almost exactly to the photo of the one I was searching for. I would gladly do business with them again.
Bought a bed 199.00 full size same bed 199.00 for queen
and twin same price.. All was done on computer could have done it online and got the same results as I did going in the store. They advertise such big savings. I don't think the beds were that big of a savings the queen-size maybe but that's not the one I bought cheapest bed they had.
Going into the store to look for furniture was pleasant. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. We got our furniture a week earlier than expected. They told us ahead of time that we would. The delivery guys called an hour before they arrived. They got here in the time frame that we were expecting them. They were fast yet safe. We got our furniture almost two weeks ago and it's amazing. There's six people in our family not including guests and everyone loves it. We got a sectional, an accent chair, an oversized ottoman, two ottomans and a tempurpedic mattress. We love it all. High satisfied. Highly recommend this company. I went in today with a question and the woman at the desk was amazingly helpful.
