Rude and terrible customer service. I walked in at 1:00pm for a pedi. I waited an hour for service before being told to sit in the spa seat. As I was waiting numerous people walked in and were being taken care of. So I waited longer and 45 minutes pass and by this time it’s 2:45 and the lady took SOMEONE ELSE ahead of me. At that point I was fed up and just walked out. Overall, the service was terrible and I’ll never return!
Have only been there once, but my nails came out beautifully! The man spent a lot of time making sure they were perfect. Not too thick and very natural looking!
First time I went there I had a young guy who was amazing! He did a wonderful job on my nails and was so nice. Which made me switch nail places and come back... unfortunately he wasn't there the second time. I got a rude older lady who took forever and didn't even do a decent job on my nails. I had to have her redo them, because she barley gave me a French tip and the lines were crooked. She charged me 36 dollars for her to paint my own nails with gel and a half ass manicure. The previous time it was 21 dollars just to have the gel done. Not sure how a manicure cost an extra 15 dollars, she completely overcharged me. When I spoke up about it they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I WILL NOT RETURN!
They're racist. I was there for an entire hour and literally every white person that walked in (without an appointment) got their nails done before me. Also, another Black lady was irritated as well and left the shop most likely for the same reason. I WILL NOT be back! Worst service ever!
