Took my son in for a trim, he told the lady how he wanted it cut. She obviously didn't listen because she cut it way too short for what he wanted and now is in his room upset because it's so messed up.
I want to give a big Thank you to Lydia. I went in there today to get my hair all cut off because I am doing chemotherapy and it is all about to come out and she cut it at no charge. I was so surprised and very grateful. Thank you Lydia made my experience and day alot better.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came here with my boyfriend for him to receive a haircut. We sat and waited for a stylist to cut his hair but it seemed like all of them were too busy in their conversations with the other stylists. One stylist didn't even have a client and just kept sitting, walking around, and talking to the other stylist rather than come over to cut his hair. They had told him that he was next in line and he thought that they would get to him in a timely fashion but after waiting for 45 minutes, we decided to just go to the salon at walmart right next to it.
I wasn't a walk-in, but didn't technically have an appointment, either. Instead, the stylist that I had personally requested informed me via telephone that she was all booked up for the day. She said she could see me the following day at a specific time, we hang up. She didn't take my name and apparently didn't pencil me in, because the very next day when I walked into FS (about ten minutes earlier than she had asked me to come in the previous day) she was still very much in the middle of a service with another client. I politely waited for her to finish up, 15 minutes later and she was still nowhere near done. Over half an hour goes by, still not done. She never, not once addressed me, offered me a complementary cup of water, nothing. Finally, after about 45 minutes of waiting, she's done with her client. Still, she doesn't really acknowledge me, but instead carries on conversation with another woman in the salon. Eventually, I came to the conclusion that she wasn't very interested in doing business with me, so with the same courtesy she paid me, I left, without a word. I will not ever come back to this establishment, I will not ever recommend Fantastic Sams, especially the "hair stylist" who completely ignored me, to any of my friends or family members.
We take the kids, the stylists always do well with them.
