Originally had a bad experience here but was followed up with a free haircut and great customer service. Personally, Shelly Jones does a fantastic job of not only engaging the customer but also making sure your haircut is exactly how you specify. I'm not sure about any of the other stylists but I know you will have a good experience with her (plus if you are a student and go during certain hours of the week you get a discount).
Told her I wanted to keep my bangs long, and she ended up cutting them all off..... its gonna take weeks for them to grow back.
