Went to buy a pair if shoes marked by a tag (taped to the box) for 39.99. Cashier says $70. I show her the tag and she rips it off the box and says that it was wrong. The whole stack was marked that way. I can understand marking them correctly, but the tag said they were on sale and i should have gotten them for that price. The clerk kept talking about what a good price they were when i was trying them on. She even said something about them being 39.99. I will never go back in there again. Ever.

Can't say I've ever had a better shoe shopping experience than I had here on 4/22/17. I wish I could remember the names of the young male and female working that day because they were fantastic. Both of them were very helpful without being pushy one bit. The girl was actually wearing the shoes I was looking at and she could tell me first hand everything about them and how to take care of them - it was great. The guy helping me brought out any pair I wanted and more so I could find what I liked. By the time I was done we had about 10 boxes of shoes spread across the floor that I had tried on. I felt bad because we made such a mess but he said it was no problem at all. Both of them were very honest, helpful, and authentic. I ended up buying 1 pair (same pair the girl employee was wearing) and I'm happy with them so far. Tradehome is more expensive than other shoe stores on average but the quality seems to be better and the personalized service was phenomenal. I live about 2 hours away but I'll be coming back.
Trade Home at Honey Creek square is awesome!!!! The employees make you feel right at home... very knowledgeable about all brands of their shoes.... very friendly staff... they have a wonderful selection of shoes. Plus they have layaway. Which is a big plus with me. Thank you trade home for all that you do to make you feel special!!!
