But I will now say this has gotten better than before. I was told there was a new store manager there, I explained my experience before to the staff and they had told me unfortunately the previous store manager would walk to other stores to talk to other mall employees. This past time I came in for some equipment there were people at the door ready to help. I felt as I was a bother to them asking for help I may have been with some of their new staff for the holiday season. This experience was far better than previous.
My experience in Hibbetts, however, was pleasant. Staff were easily accessible for questions about products and shoe sizing. Lots of things for sale within store. They were quick and knowledgeable in finding my son a pair of basketball shoes for this upcoming season. Will definitely be back for baseball season. Thank you!
James Ray you are gravely mistaken this was not "Fake News" this was my experience. And I work for An energy company not a shoe store.
Horrible experience. No one in the store when I walked in. New to the area and when I asked about the competitors they talked trash about both (finish line next door, Champs on the other side of the hall, and shoe depot diagonally). Because of this I went to Champs for my purchase & they only had nice things to say about other stores. Hopefully this was a one time thing but not going back for a while.
