David's Bridal of Terre Haute has an incredible selection of dresses at very reasonable prices. But you can get any or all dresses online. Why go in store? The customer service. The 5 star review is based on my experience with Bree. She made my fiancee feel great, treated us like we were friends, and went seemingly out of her way to make us feel welcome. You cannot get a duplicate experience online. Bree, thank you. The symphony will be that much more special for us because of your dedication and fantastic customer service.
I was not being given the same customer service as last night which made me almost leave. But I was really hoping for another dress. I didn't realized they closed at 9 maybe that was why. I'm not even sure what time we arrived, but when I said I wished she'd told me, she said they were not allowed to. I think they should instead of acting like they did. I apologized profusely for not knowing what time it was. She kept telling me it was ok. But.... I bought a pair of shoes and as I signed the slip she told me there were no returns or exchanges. I said that would have have been nice to have been told this last night because I was thinking of exchanging the red dress I bought for a different dress. She said she was sorry. I told her she should also have told me before I ran my card, not after I ran it. This after spending approximately $600 in 2 days.
They gave me a lot of time to just look at it and get comfortable for a minute in it. I appreciate the no "rush" feel. I always get a little anxious if they stand there and watch cause I feel pressured to move on
Bree was very helpful helping me find the perfect dress(es) for the symphony. She found the perfect shoes to match the dress, set up the fitting, and made the whole experience less stressful for me. I'm hate making decisions, but she was able to help narrow that down as well!! Thank you so much and we'll see you in February for the alterations thank you so much!
However, we went back tonight for the second time and were very disappointed.
Extremely disappointed in this place after thinking I'd finally found a place that had customer service down right. I'd have changed my review to a one star had it not been for Bree last night. We won't be back after my alterations are done to my dresses I bought last night for the symphony, which is to bad considering we are getting married and have not even begun to plan the wedding.
Mary was very nice and helpful but it is WAY too hot in there to try on dresses. I was dying. Everyone else had to be hot as well. I think they should have something to stand on to look at the dresses as well and mirrors in dressing room too see if u even wanna come out in them. Also, more seating for the family and friends of the bride. I felt very in the way of other people there and not so many questions from all staff members. I felt very overwhelmed with so many questions about each dress and what I was wanting. Like I couldn’t even think. Mary did a great job I just felt very pressured.
All the employees are so nice,I’m going to have my dress hem up and Tina is going to do that for me, and I can’t wait till the dress is done.im so excited to wear this dress at my daughters wedding. And I want to say thank u Tina for all u do. Oh and I want to say thank u for all the girls that work at David’s bridal they are all doing a great job. Thank u
