I was helped by Jessica and McKayla and the service I received was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help me and ensured I saved as much money as I could. It was a great experience. I went from being frustrated with not being able to find anything remotely close to what I wanted in the mall, to coming here and finding exactly what I wanted at a price that wouldn't break the bank. They both greeted me and told me about the great deals while keeping a friendly conversation going. Wide variety, good prices, and great service. I will not shop for shoes anywhere else but here from now on! Thanks ladies!
I went in to buy my son a pair of shoes, and there was a gentleman telling specials into a mic at the front. He said they were running a b1g1 special and that it could be mixed and matched with anything in the store. He didnt state that there were restrictions. I picked a pair for myself in anticipation of taking advantage of the b1g1. I was told by the cashier that the pair I selected was not eligible for the special, and she wouldnt get the manager when I asked. If my son was not set on the shoes he picked out, I would have left without buying anything at all. I will not be returning.
Its alittle disorganized and prices don't really beat others but the selection is much better.
Absolutely wonderful and friendly help. Was able to order little girls boots in the size I needed and arrange to have them mailed directly to me. Awesome
I don't particularly care for this chain altogether. The staff is typically nice but very seldom are they helpful on the floor. If you are only interested in picking up gym shoes it's okay but not much of a selection of anything else.
