Debi was an AMAZING realtor. We decided to buy our first home and Debi was recommended to us from one of the locals. From our first meeting she was a pure pleasure to work with. She seemed to know exactly when to be hands off and when to be more upfront with us. She had great suggestions about houses and was able to offer us advice when we were a little too excited about a house (she was 100% right that we didn't need a four bedroom house for two people). My wife and I work slightly odd schedules but it seemed that Debi was always available to communicate with us. One of the things that we were looking for was someone who would be willing to not only talk to us face to face, but also use email and text. The less time I have to be on the phone and the more we can just exchange ideas via 21st century methods is great. She was able to keep us updated regularly throughout the whole process. We ran into a snag at the end of our deal and Debi fought really hard for us to make sure that things were corrected. Again, Debi is great and we will use her again in a few years when we sell our starter home and look for something else.
