Listed with century 21, and in less than 2 days we found our own buyer, showed the home, and agreed to a price. Five days total the house was "pending sale". After contacting the office manager, and asking about a reduced sale percentage, I was told she would pass it on to the appropriate person since they were out of the office and they would get back to me. I have talked to three different people who never returned my calls on any questions I had. Needless to say my wife and I gave them $7,640 to do the paperwork on selling my house. Was not pleased, as we did not feel the paperwork was worth that much money. A 1% decrease in their cut would have made us happy. Our realtor was great and I would recommend her if she worked for a different company. Highly discourage anybody from listing their house with this greedy company.
