One of the worst experiences I have had with a realtor. We had our home FSBO due to relocation. After having an honest buyer, Mrs. Strecker was allowed a one time showing. After the showing she approached us with an all cash offer, buyer pays her fees and waived inspection to outbid our previous buyer. We accepted the offer and was never shown adequate proof of funds. Only the buyers 401K that barely covered the purchase price and in our opinion not accessible. She was allowed a termite inspection and during that time brought her buyers and her husband who attempted to to do an appraisal until he was called out on it for what we expect was a mortgage. The dishonesty continued until closing with unproffessional text messages and sharing our personal cell phones with her buyer that called us continually. She showed up 20 minutes late looking inappropriate leaving us and the title company to wait on her. If your looking for a professional realtor look elsewhere.
