Jacob Zimmerman the service was great. He was a pretty cool dude, knows how to play paper football. Love to come back. Love the service! Experience was great! Was not going to buy but ran home grabbed the hubby and came right back to buy! Jacob is very knowledgeable of products. He gave us time to talk about our options and decide what we wanted. Would recommend over all the other stores we visited today!

Went to order a new mattress for my son. He chose one and we started the paperwork for the purchase. They didn't have it in stock. I was told by the sales associate it would be in by Saturday and we can deliver it. So, not having a truck I opted for delivery. Here it is late Saturday and my wife called. They didn't even have the purchase order on record. I had to dig up my receipt and call back. Our receipt said delivery of Tuesday and not Saturday. I explained to them that no one would be available through the week and that is why I would not have asked for a Tuesday. He explained they didn't have any open delivery times due to the colleges being back in session. I asked why he told me Saturday and Cody M (sales associate) said "Well, I can do next Saturday" (In a very unapologetic tone). I live less than one mile from the store. Unfortunately I got rid of the current mattress last night. I guess I will bug a friend who has truck to go get it. You may want to consider another establishment when choosing your mattress. If not, please double check you information before you leave the store.
The salesman was very thorough and informative. He went out of his way to get my husband and I the best pillows for our needs. A+++$
I went in today and Jacob Zimmerman was the sales associate that worked with me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store and jake to anyone looking for a new mattress in this area. Excellent customer service!
