The hotel is located in the beautiful downtown of Terra Haute. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and chefs, we're extremely friendly and helpful.
This hotel is clean and has a comfortable bed but my husband and I were surprised that this had the Hilton name! It did not live up to the Hilton expectations! You could hear everything in the hotel room from traffic (which wasn't busy traffic just loud trucks and sirens) to the maid vacuuming at 7am in the room below us (or at least that's what it sounded like), we could also hear the people in the next room and they were talking at a normal voice. My husband is a Hilton Rewards member and we never even received a welcome packet! Also the faucet to the shower spit water out when you turned on the shower head. They said they would try to move us to a new room but never did. Very disappointed in this Hilton!
Well located, reasonable price. Breakfast buffet more than adequate
Only there for a few hours and only in the lobby but it was very clean and very nice. Also had hot chocolate, coffee, and cookies available
Staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms was a good size and clean. Good location.
