Kudos to the young lady who helped us , very knowledgeable and showed true customer service
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME AT THIS SPRINT STORE. I was told I couldn't do anything on my account unless my mother was in the store with me, went into radio shack that has a sprint store inside and they helped me with my upgrade, with no problem. My mother even called the 800 number and granted me access for my ungrade which was listed in the notes that this sprint store could clearly see. They were obviously not telling the truth or had no clue what they were talking about.
Wonderful time. Great service, guy in charge has a sub par haircut, but experience was fast and relatively painless.
