I went there looking for 120 film. When a sales associate asked me what I was looking for, they where unaware what 120 film is. They even went so far as to suggest the impossible project, a company that makes only instant (not roll) film.
I understand that film probably doesn't sell very well anymore, and it is fine that the store does not carry it. However the lack of knowledge by the associate was incredibly disappointing.

I am not a photographer and know little about cameras. We bought our second camera here and very happy with there recommendations both times. The first one was 10 years ago and it was perfect for what we used it for. After 10 years it finely quit on us so we ask them for something comparable to what we had and they hit another home run. The one we have now is a XG-1 Pentax and is perfect for what we need. This camera did develop a problem but I called them to ask about the warranty and it had a 1 year manufacture warranty. They had me bring it in and they did all the work for me. They sent it in and we just got it back and is good as new at no cost to us, not even shipping. Very pleased with there service! When we need another camera we WILL go back.
