Sales people were friendly and helpful. Was a joke trying to pick my order up over 45 minutes to get my stuff. Staff working in the pick up area had no clue what they were even looking for. It took a manager to find my stuff, only after I told him I wanted my money back.
Very helpful staff. Almost to the point of too much, but not. I'm a very self sufficient shopper and usually know what im after. To the normal shopper they would be perfect. Very competitive prices on items.
Not very good stock. Seems everything I was looking for was low. No video cards under$300? Come on. Also, took me about 5 minutes of searching to find an employee that could help me with monitors. Maybe the manger of this particular store doesn't realize I can easily but all my electronics and games online. Service and convenience is why I go to a store these days.
If you love tech and appliances, this is the place for you! The staff are usually very decently trained and very informative! They even have a few collectibles and toys! I personally only purchased a little R2-D2 Funko Pop character, and yet I spent a good hour or so just looking around and enjoying myself. Great experience. I hope to go there again soon.
I think that the brick and mortar stores as a whole could take a note from the likes of ZARA and the like to better serve the "on demand" clientele of their communities. The Terre Haute store is nice and the sales staff are friendly and empathetic. This is a huge boon to me for the cold and faceless online community is not a good experience.
