Currently standing here waiting for my third time to the store because they keep telling me they’ll fix my bill that’s wrong, and they still haven’t done anything with it. There’s no follow up for their customers. Plus, there are two associates just standing and talking while I’m waiting for half an hour. Not the best customer service.
Go to another store in town and avoid this one at all costs. The employees are only out to line their own pockets with commissions. I was blatantly lied to about policies and after spending 2 hours on the line with customer service I sorted it out, only to have the employees here tell me that customer service and upper management was wrong and that they were the only ones that were right. They did not honor anything I was told by customer service even after my representative put notes on my account for them to see. DO NO DO BUSINESS HERE. you will be lied to and scammed and when you try to sort it out they will tell you it was your own fault for not knowing the policies.
Its always a pain to deal with the phone company, & this experience was no different. Took several hours. But, the staff seemed down to earth & knowledgeable.

The waiting time was extremely long. A couple walked in walked after us and got assistance immediately. We walked out with out assistance after 45 mins and bought our product from Amazon.
