I am so impressed with the work of Dr. Powell and ALL of the staff! They're always upbeat and welcoming. I appreciate that they keep me informed and explain what they're doing. As I nurse, I place a high value on patient education. Also, my appointments are always prompt- they have never kept me waiting. I gave them a tough deadline to get my braces off, and they have surpassed my expectations! I can't say thank you enough to all of them for their hard work!
Dr. Powell was awesome. Left a party and came to the office to help me on a Saturday! I had fallen and partially knocked out two front teeth. (I'm 58!) The emergency room at union had no idea who to send me to (they don't do teeth). My family doctor didn't know who to send me to either. My dentist has no emergency contact number. I called Powell & Rochelle and Dr. Powell met me at the office right away and stabilized my teeth. I am so thankful!
First off he is a racist to black people. 2nd of all he hurted my mouth so bad! I had braces in the past but the pain was not this intense at all. I jaw was sore for over a mouth. And while i was getting the braces on he poked me a lot with the different appliances and all he said was "sorry" every time. I do not recommend this place at all
Dr. Powell does a great job! If something has went wrong with my daughters braces, he has made time on his day off to come and fix the problem. The staff in this office are also very friendly and helpful. Thank You Dr. Powell and Staff.
