So, I recommend to anyone with kids, but be very careful you don't make any mistakes unless you want to be treated with disrespect and embarrassed in front of the whole dentistry when you find out about the past due amount. I'm serious, she's very disrespectful!
My daughter has had fears of the dentist since her experience at Kool Smiles, we were referred to Dentistry Just For Kids by Dr. Meredith Grey (who is also very wonderful) - when we walked in we felt welcomed. I loved that I could fill out the paperwork online. The wait wasn't long and the staff was great. They gave my daughter a stuffed animal as a thank you for coming, and then me a thermal cup. This place is wonderful!
The staff is always friendly and kind to my kiddos. It is not a struggle to get them to the dentist, they actually enjoy going! Thanks Dentistry Just for Kids!
Great place to take the kids! Nice and clean, fun environment, and the staff have always been nice to my kid for years since we've been coming. 1-star is for this lady named Sam, who I'm assuming is the bounty hunter for balances left on accounts. I've gotten new insurance earlier this year and apparently is out of network and since I forgot to update my address I had no idea they were sending letters!
We are new to Terre Haute, being a responsible consumer I called in advance, I wanted to know what I would be spending after insurance. The office said my "insurance would cover 100 percent of the whole visit" for my four young children. Guess who has a $433.00 bill now? I don't mind paying for services, I just feel like its a bate and switch. "We've never billed your kind of insurance before we didn't know.... blah blah blah." That is why I had called in advance with my insurance information to help them be accurate. The staff and Dentists are well mannered, they give you "gifts" on your first visit. The office is clean, fun and colorful. Despite the pro's....dishonesty/inaccuracy is not what I look for in healthcare services.
I loved the atmosphere around the place. My family inluding my son loved that everyone made him feel welcomed and made us feel the same. I liked that there are very many things that my son can play with. It was great experience for my son. I'll just say we loved the walk through, the play area, the staff, the way the staff takes care of their patients, the way they make kids including my son feel safe and let them enjoy going to the dentist. All around i will always take my son back and refer as many parents with their kids to here so their kids can have a great experience too.
