We have visited on many occasions and up until now my child loved going to the "tooth doctor". Dr. Dawson is his regular dentist and is absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and makes my kiddo feel very at ease. But this visit we had Dr. Shirer and will never visit again if Dawson is not available. Horrible bedside manner. Very rude to parents and did not even try to put my child at ease. Thank goodness for her lovely assistant who did everything she could to make my son feel safe. Other than this visit with this doctor we have always had a pleasant experience with the rest of the Kool Smiles staff. I hate that my little one now feels scared to go to the dentist.

My family all go to Kool Smiles. Dr Shirer is our current dentist. The staff have done well with our kids. Wait times have been fairly ahort.
My son's appointment was started quickly. Brandy and April were great. Dr Shirer is our favorite dentist! She has seen my son for his cleanings and when he needed teeth fixed! We request her when we make appointments.
