Very impressed with overall experience. Had extensive work done over 3hr period. Minimal pain. Completely impressed and satisfied with my experience at this point. Entire team seemed energetic and happy to be there. Dr. Wan is an exceptional dentist. Highly recommend.
Unhappy with the whole Aspen Dental experience. Will never go back. Had to get my insurance to give me a special authorization to go somewhere else. Would never recommend this facility.
new patient. they made me wait one hour for the doctor, mean while a patient in the room next to me that came after me was seen immediately. disappointing. should have walked out... UPDATE. came back a 2nd time and waited another 45 mins before they saw me. A scheduled appointment is a scheduled appointment.
