People at counter we're helpful and friendly...but that's about as far as it went in Terre Haute store....picked up my vehicle after putting on four tires only to find they left the window down and unlocked...not how I left it...started my vehicle up and low tire light was on...had to wait another 20-30 minutes to get someone to reset it....but was not told about it when I picked it up until I went back in and they said...."yeah...we couldn't get the light to reset"...so ya left it on? Thirdly...on way home...couldn't go over 50 mph without being shaken to death...so yet again.... another trip back in tomorrow after work...just how I wanted to spend my evening!! Does no one check their work..take pride in their job...or do they just not care? Not impressed so far....
Very bad experience. I had the air leak in my tire. I took my car over here around 6 pm When i got back it around 7 pm ( closing time) i asked the guy , what was the problem ? He said oh nothing just some dirt in between your your cars rim and tube. I said, are you sure !! I have this problem for a few days and i am sure there is some air leak in my front tire and I have to catch a early morning flight from Cincinnati. So, I am here because I don't wanna take a risk. He replied ,No its all good. As soon as , i got on the I 70 next day early morning . I got the same problem in the same tire and the display shows the same signal alert They didn't even look at the tires just filled the air up.

Matt gave us exceptional customer service! He was wonderful. He took care of us right away > pulled in from coming off the freeway heading to St Louis and the young gentleman working on our car balanced tires in a Jiffy and we drove to St.Louis safely > it was just wonderful they really fix the problem. Thank you guys!
