I have had Garvin & Lidster repair several different vehicles for me over the last three years. I have always been greatly pleased.
The guys at Garvin & Lidster are the best. I don't think you can find a better group of honest hard working car mechanics anywhere. I totally trust them to do good work and not overcharge. They are working hard to change the bad rap that car mechanics have. I drive from Indianapolis to have them work on my car!

An update: this Jeep now has 350,000 miles on it. Terrible to say but I am going to have to say good by to it as the frame is rusting and the mechanic that always worked on it, said my old Jeep was becoming a safety issue and he was professional enough to say it is time to sell it. Trust these guys, they are good.
I have a 2002 Ford F150 with 199,999 miles. Gavin & Lidster has serviced this truck several times and I'm really impressed with there work. I have had a major tuneup, air conditioning work,brakes and other work done on the truck.My truck runs like new and I've had no issues with it.I recommend them highly!
I have a 95 Wrangler 4 cyl with 335,000 miles and still going strong. Garvin and Lidster has serviced this vehicle for a very long time with the same mechanic doing the work. Some of the work has been pretty difficult but I am always satisfied with the work performed. Perhaps not the cheapest in Terre Haute but they are the best in my opinion.
