I had a crack in my windshield that creeped from a rock chip. I put off repair expecting a long wait and large bill. I went by the office late in the day. To my surprise, I was scheduled the next day and the charge was less than expected!! Even better was the wonderful service, friendly technician, and extra bonus of having all the windows cleaned --and a vacuum too! I also appreciated the extra time the technician spent explaining the repair--next time I will go in before the chip turns into a crack.

I had my windshield put in here in September and it was not sealed properly and it leaked. I had over an inch of water underneath my floor at on the passenger side and into the fuse box. My car had to be towed because it wouldn't start. They came to fix the window at my house and Jason (the manager) said he would fix any problems associated with the leak. So I made appt with buick. Before it got to buick I had to have it towed again only to realize the water had leaked again. After sealing it 3 times in all I had it at buick and Jason only covered the leak test. Would not cover the diagnostic testing to see what was causing not to start. I would not recommend these people to anyone!!!! Ended up trading in the car due to so many problems from the leak. Jason is rude! Never using safelite again!
