I was making a trip and got a hole in one of my tires. They got me fixed up quickly even though i didn't have an appointment. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
On June 4, i stopped into the shop to get two tires because they were bald and i was currently hydroplaning on the roads. I believe my tires were rotated and new tires were placed on as well. On July 23, i was on the interstate heading towards Ohio and was making my way onto the on ramp and my tire rolled off and caused my car to drop on the interstate. Luckily there were no cars near me. I was able to slide into the grass and out of the way of traffic. It caused my headlight case to break and my side panels to warp. I called insurance company to make a claim. I was informed to notify you as well to see what you can do about this. I really need a response ASAP
Hole in my tire mid-way through a 600 mile drive. These guys repaired the tire in 20 minutes and had us back on the road without hassle or overcharging. Humble and helpful!
On our way back to New York we hit a deer on the interstate.. we stopped and had these guys look at the car..they worked us in immediately and diagnosed the problem..even though they wasn't able to fix it they referenced us to someone who could help us...very fast ,very friendly and professional..if I ever break down in this area I will be seeing these guys again...great guys..
