Liars. I have gone to firestone in multiple states and have spent thousands. This is by far the worst I have ever been too. I went there last week for new tires and alignment. Simple enough. They put the tires on and then told me they could not align the back due to the rear end bearings. I couldn't believe it as they seemed fine with my experience. So I took it to Adams garage. Had them check it. Sure enough they were perfect. Firestone literally lied to upsell me. Not to be trusted.
Great service on a day when others were closed. Our car broke down & they were very busy, but fixed it & got us back on the road. Polite, knowledgeable.
Very professional and helpful. I recommend making an appointment because they get very busy.
