You are required to schedule a diagnostic appointment even if you tell them exactly what service you want. I went to another Ford dealer, they were very happy to do my service without the extra charge. Don’t think I will be back.
Mace has the worst service department in Terre Haute!! They told my step daughter if you don’t like the service go somewhere else! They don’t care! Go to dorsett in marshal or bob Bowen in Brazil
The service dept was wonderful. We were on our way to see our nephew graduate Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood when we had car trouble. The service girl was so helpful and the service dept had us fixed (recall) and in our way in less than an hour! Can't say enough about the Service Dept!!!!
Bought a new transit van the other day. Rebates and other incentives brought the price down almost to the level of used. Brad was great. Hey had all the paperwork done and drove the van over to our shop. Then he took out trade in back with him. Easy. He got us good financing as well. Ford even had a graphics rebate where they will reimburse up to $1000 for putting our logo on it.
