I've owned my Nissan Quest for 2.5 years and I wouldn't think of taking my van anywhere but Dorsett Nissan! The customer service is top notch! Everyone you talk to from the service desk, to the persons in charge of working on the vehicle are always patient, kind and friendly! They are always honest in that they won't recommend something done to your vehicle that you don't need!! They even give your car a bath before giving it back to you!!!! Bruce in the service area was wonderful...we pulled in there wanting to see if the burning smell was the brakes. Bruce got us in right away and did a marvelous job hooking us up with a great mechanic who was able to solve the issue.
