Purchased a used vehicle with a warranty..didnt even leave the lot and noticed it had a cracked windshield. Later that night we noticed the driver side headlight was not working. The next day noticed that the rear window switches were not working correctly and 1 speaker was not working. Took vehicle to dealership and the windshield and the headlight is all that's covered in the warranty. They wanted almost $700 to replace 4 speakers. Horrible service will NEVER go back. Google will not allow me to give -5 stars....from a pissed off "customer
As I walked in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was greeted by name. This made me feel expected and welcomed. At the end of the service, Katie took time to explain the report to me and provide quotes for new tires and Fuel Injector Flush. I’m satisfied with the service and attention I received this morning at Fuson.
The lady that works in the service department is very nice and helpful and it didn't take all day to just get a service job
I bought used from one of their sales people. Totally lied about the condition. Previous owner didn't use antifreeze and allowed the motor to freeze. Lots of leaks. Would do noting to take back or repair. Worst customer service ever.
