Good is grate staff is wonderful and polite the dinner is always clean and capt up to standard food cone out fresh and hot while the ice cream and blizzards are grade A and always served with a smile I give this place a big thumbs up
Good food and service. Food was cooked fresh so wait was a little longer that expected but came out very hot so worth the weight. 5 buck chicken strips today.
No joke, it's all Grill & Chill, especially when you dig into thier various combinations of Blizzards, which happens to be God's gift of the greatest ice cream treat to all of man kind.
Walked in and went to the bathroom. It immediately smelled like the toilets overflowed. After getting in line, I see about 5 workers just sitting around doing nothing. When I went to order, thy said they were out of it. I ordered the New York cheesecake blizzard instead. After 5 minutes of waiting, he cashier comes out and says they are out of the filling for it. When we get our food, we sit down to eat t and realize we got about 10 cheese curds in one box for 4 dollars. NOT WORTH IT. When we went to ask for more, they said they couldn't do that. When we asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do that either. Basically we paid almost 1 dollar per bite. Then we saw our buffalo chicken snack wrap had half a piece of chicken in it and wasn't even filled all the way. The worst part was, they had about 12 people behind the counter and service was still slow and thy still got my order completely wrong. The funniest part about this was that on google it says that it was their least busy time and they took forever. About the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. OR ANY RESTURANT!!!
I thought franchizes were suppose to gurantee consistancy in pricing, quality and size. You are suppose to be assured that it is the same coast to coast and expect the same.
No so here.
Another thing observed is that the portion sizes are smaller than other DQs. Their large is about the size of the mediams in other DQs.
