Cheddar has become one of our favorite restaurants when we travel. We tend to view Cheddars as an upscale Cracker Barrel with a broader menu and a sports bar, but not the country store merchandise and antique decorations. Everything we have ordered has been consistently good. They could improve on the attentiveness and quality of service. Sometimes they seem too busy to be personable. Admittedly when we visit the restaurant they are generally crowded and very busy. However, the place is always clean and neat. We like being able to avoid reservations and waiting by going for the open seating in the sports bar. The restrooms are spacious, clean and adequate for the number of clients served.
The atmosphere here is nice. It's got a chill feel to it with high ceilings and nice ceiling fans.
I got the nachos for an appetizer. Not your typical pile o' ingredients with chips These were individually topped chips circling a plate. Tasty enough that I've ordered them on two occasions.
This place, I would recommend to ANYONE. we serve people with disabilities and they have to have their food ground and this is the ONLY place we have ever been that has ground it FOR US. They were so accommodating, kind, and respectful! They were amazing!
Cheddar's has fast service and they have polite waiters . The atmosphere is adjustable to your personality. By that I mean it feels young and cool or it can feel like a nice sports bar. The food looks like the same food in their commercials. The taste measures up to the look of the food too. This is a place I suggest for young people and families. Also a good spot to bring a date and not feel cheap. You get a lot for your money.
Wait staff was friendly and the restaurant looked good but it's going to take a while for me to forget how 'eh' it was and try it again. I'll probably get the nachos.
I ordered spasagna the first time and I'll never do that again. Mush of yuck and spaghetti rectangled into a bowl. Second time I ordered a food and it was okay. Can't even remember what it was since it was so average. But the nachos were still good.
Best casual dining food and atmosphere in several years. Our go to place for casual dining. Highly recommend!
