Stop calling this a nature park since the city killed the beavers living here. Caught bass with tumors on them 3 times in 2016. Fear the water. At night people do BAD things here.
Alright park. Can't catch anything in the water. Only 2 catch fish after about 20 hours or so fishing time. What the heck do the fish here eat?!?!? I haven't seen one person catch a fish either. I've also tried multiple different baits and rigs.
Eh. Watched a group of elementary kids pull an old wheel chair from the pond last week. And a homeless guy sleeps under the shelter. About a month ago a couple was having sex in the car next to mine...in the middle of the day. At the very least, its good people watching.
Great fishing spot and trail walking
Great place for a walk, pictures, a trip to the park, etc. It gets skipped over allot but it's worth a stop for sure.
