Beautiful park, has a nice playground, but there have been problems with someone trying to break into cars and following mother's with children. One mom said her kiddo fell asleep in the carseat, so she parked and was playing with her phone when a man walked up to her car and tried to open the door. So if you do go, please go with multiple people and be very cautious and safe.
Beautiful place to be and spend time and the playground is a great place for parents and children to play and have fun and be outside in a safe close environment to your children. My daughter absolutely lives to be there. And we spend hours walking the trail or playing at the playground with my daughter.
Great view of the Wabash river. Nice place to have lunch alone or with family. Good for a nice bike ride along the river or a good morning run. Also has a playground for the kids

Quiet and beautiful, easy to get to. Easy parking when there is not an event.
