Great Great Great.They were very clean and very respectful.They answered every question and they were very polite.Very Very Pleased.
Do not use this company! We had several interactions with this company and it was not pleasant. First off, every single appointment we made with them, they would never show up for the original appointment. We did this, I believe 5 times. Now I wouldn't mind if they were running late on a job and had to come another day, what irritated me is that they don't even call! They clearly don't want your business, I always had to call them to find out if they were coming or not and then to reschedule because they didn't call. I believe they did an okay job cleaning our fireplace, but they failed to tell us that if we took our insert that we would probably have some type of smell since it was there since the house was built. They should be experts if they run a fireplace shoppe, but they never told us this. Our entire house smells of a fireplace now. They tried a machine to get the smell out that didn't work. When I proceeded to tell the lady at the front desk this and that I was not going to pay them for something that didn't work, she proceeded to argue with me. Every time we spoke with her after our initial meeting she was very rude, like she didn't want to deal with us because we were complaining. Just terrible customer service all around. We have since hired another company to clean up their mess.
I had a problem no one else could identify...but was able to get it resolved quickly and accurately. This comes from years of expertise in the business! Thanks!
Very good service and very friendly people. They were able to schedule me in and get the job done. It is a friendly mom and pop store, much better with wider selection than the big box stores.
Will not recommend had multiple appointments scheduled and never showed up. When I called them they kept saying sorry we need to reschedule after 3 times I told them it was not worth the hassle. This reflects the type of workmanship that you will get.
