In all fairness a lot of people criticize the Jeannies service when in reality their frustration should be geared towards Samsung who makes a fine cell phone but terrible appliances. Jeannies service has been good from my perspective the problem lies with Samsung.
This place is a joke, had warranty on our washer/dryer for the office. They never come when they say they would send one repairman to try to move this unit on his own and it fell on him trying to move it by himself. I wont buy anything from them or use them for my personal use for service calls.
NOT RECOMMENDED! It took several days of calling them just to get an appointment. Then finally we got an 11am service call scheduled with them to fix a washer. When the service tech didn't show up that day at the scheduled time, I called the Jeannie's office. They said they didn't know why he didn't show up and would try to reach him. When they didn't call back in a couple of hours, I called again and they said the same thing. This went on ALL DAY. I waited for the tech, kept an eye on the front door, never left my house, and I called every few hours but the service tech NEVER showed up! Not only that, but Jeannie's never call back to offer an explanation, an apology, or anything! A couple of days later Best Buy called me to say that Jeanie's had told them that I had missed the appointment! So in summary: our experience with Jeannie's was terrible and I definitely do not recommend them.
Rude people, terrible customer service, unreputable, unreliable liars. If you need something fixed, look elsewhere. Would give 0 stars and will not be sending them any business.
Lowes set up an appointmemt for this place to come out and fix my refrigerator. Its under warranty. On monday I called to ask where the repairman was. I was told they didnt have an appointment for me and I could look else where if I didnt like it. So setup an appointment for today. I was told the repairman was already at my house and wouldnt be back by today I had to reschedule another appointment. My problem with this is that I have been home all day and no repairman has been here. So someone is lying. When I brought this up I was told "Im havimg issues with this repair man anyway so the more complaints the better." Now another reschedule. And my refrigerator still doesn't work. We will see how Thursday goes. Lowes doesnt have anyone else in the area that fixes things for them.
