Paid Mr Wright to install new pool cover in spring 12.Paid Mr Wright to close pool in fall of 12. Part way through winter I noticed pool had little/no water.New cover would not open.Called Mr Wright to check it out.After a few days had to call again as he did not show up,said he forgot. Finally came out & said pool needed more water to make cover open.I told him I really needed to find out what was leaking before I paid to refill the pool.He said to fill it & he would come back & check.I filled,he did not show up,a week later the water had drained out of the pool again.I called,he finally came out,stuck hose in pool and left. Said he would be back the next morning. Left w/out even telling me the hose was in the pool. I noticed it later that day. He never showed back up the next day and the water drained back out of pool.That was April 26, 13. He will not return calls now. It appears it may not have been closed properly, needs repairs now caused from improper closing. would not recommend at all.
We cannot get a response from the owner. Our pool is not even 3/4 way done and we can't even get him to call us to tell us when the concrete will be poured and when the finish date is. He actually told us to go out and talk to the concrete guys ourselves and figure it out. It has taken them 6 weeks and we don't even have concrete done, the pump installed, etc (all the things that follow that like diving board and hand rails). They also damaged a couple of our trees in the process. We have paid all but $1000 per contract (final $1000 to be paid upon completion). So we are feeling very cheated at this time. Do not hire this business to install your pool.
Great service and awesome response. They got our pool done in two days and the owner was here on a Sunday to make sure everything is running perfectly. Helped us cleaning the pool and showed us how to operated. The smile they left on my girls face was priceless. They have my loyalty for ever.
Worst service ever! Never pay anything to these people up front or your project will NEVER get done! 2013, still waiting! !!
Opens and closes our pool annually with no problems. Whenever I'm in a bind or the pool gives me issues he helps me as soon as he can.
