I am so happy with the service I got from backyard leisure. Especially Kevin Bays. I feel like I am a high priority in their eyes and I really appreciate it. I am so happy with my hot tub and I use it frequently.

Really enjoyed the service and professionalism from the people at backyard leisure, they did everything possible to help me out for what my needs were. And the outstanding service has not stopped once I got my spa. They still help with whatever I need and they have kept in touch to make sure everything is fine even after the installation. Cassandra who sold me my hot tub was the best! Ask for her and tell her I sent ya ;) she will definitely take great care of you!
I had wanted a hot tub for months, but it took a lot for me to finally walk into Backyard Leisure because I had a small space and a small budget to work with, and I was afraid I would not be taken seriously. Just the opposite happened... the sales guy who helped me (Joe Butcher) didn't miss a beat... he just said he would find a way to make it happen, and he did! He managed to find a hot tub that fit my space AND budget, and that is still completely awesome! The guys who delivered the hot tub were super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing! They went over everything from the controls to the chemicals, and by the time they left I had a hot tub filled, hot, and ready to go, and I was comfortable that I knew how to take care of it. I am not easily impressed, but I have to say Backyard Leisure really impressed me!
