I went to Poolery Plus to have our pool water tested. The two ladies behind the counter were friendly and very helpful and that is the reason I gave at least two stars. However, while I was waiting for the test results who I assume was the owner or at least the person in charge came into the store with a scowl and was rude to her employees and told them to "give this s**t to....". As a Business Teacher and Professor and Leadshipship speaker, if you want to maintain a successful business and have loyal and terrific employees, you should treat them with respect and value them. Also greet your customers who provide your profit and income. I am reluctant to come in again. By the way, this is Business 101. Maybe you should take my class.

The service I received was absolutely marvelous! The staff in store were terrific. They were pleasant and nice and took the time to help me solve all my problems. I couldn't have asked for better service. My pool was basically a swamp and within about a week they had it sparkling blue. You got to see it to believe it! I will definitely be going to them to solve all my future water troubles and I highly recommend them to anyone else with water troubles. They also offer free water tests which is very convenient and they walk you through all the steps to get the water chemically balanced and cleared up.

Unless there is NO OTHER POOL COMPANY in business, STILL, don't use Poolery Plus! They apparently have an unwritten rule that they will sell you anything for the sake of selling something, whether the equipment will fit in your pool, or NOT! If you ask the OWNER "WHY didn't you advise us THIS particular item WON'T FIT IN OUR POOL, and LET'S rethink the situation and look at alternatives", which a CUSTOMER might expect that a responsible, conscientious business owner would do, well, that is not part of the script for Poolery Plus! Do not expect answers to QUESTIONS you have, because the owner won't provide them. She may even tell you she is TIRED of hearing your questions, even though you have just spent $4,000 to have your pool completely re-done! When you ask her (1) WHY IS THERE A PATCH ON MY BRAND NEW POOL LINER (she did tell my daughter that it was JUST A MARKER...) (2) WHY DID YOUR CREW DUMP all the debris off of my winter cover INTO MY YARD with bits and pieces of tape they used to PATCH the BRAND NEW pool liner, instead of into a black trash bag, (wouldn't of even filled an entire trash bag); (3) WHY can't we exchange these steps that CLEARLY DO NOT FIT in our pool? (these brand new steps ARE NOT secured to the deck as they should of been, and the 2 parts that CAME WITH THE STEPS, which per mfg instruction are to be used to secure the steps to the deck, were just LEFT laying on the deck,...WHY? because THESE STEPS DO NOT FIT THIS POOL. The steps stick out 3-4 inches from the side of the pool, are set on a piece of liner that you can NEVER clean under! The rails wobble when you touch them...WE have not even SWAM in our pool YET this year! It's a safety issue, CREATED BY POOOLERY PLUS! THIS company is the company that installed this pool in the first place, over 15 years ago! When I asked her, when my daughter asked her, when my son-in-law attempted to contact her and advise her we had seen another set of steps, similar to the ORIGINAL but better designed now, that WOULD FIT in this pool, that could BE secured to the deck...can we just switch them out... and get credit for the difference? What is Ms. Erdly's response? OH, there isn't one. NOTHING! NADA! We have a brand new liner with a patch on it. The ONLY reason I discovered it was because when I was vacuuming the pool, I saw something flutter, and upon closer examination, it was a piece of tape... that the vac nearly PULLED OFF! WHAT HAPPENS if the vac DOES pull that "MARKER" tape off? No response! Can't we exchange these steps for STEPS that will be safe? No response! WE PAID FOR A BRAND NEW LINER... without any patches...!!! Our old pool liner didn't even have a "marker" or a patch! We have documentation of every (failed) attempt to communicate with Poolery Plus and it's OWNER! We are prepared to go to COURT, with documentation in hand, showing our efforts to communicate with this business, if that is the only way we can get resolution to the problems POOLERY PLUS has failed to resolve! THIS ISN"T ALL. SUFFICE IT TO SAY........ BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very positive experience. Loved the service before, during and after the sale. Highly recommended!

We had a nut missing from the diving board that I had planned to pickup and replace after work, needless to say, I forgot about it and when I got home they had replaced it when they opened up the pool!!!

They have opened and closed our pool the last few years and have given valuable advice whenever we have had an issue. The employees that have come over have been polite, helpful and we're very knowledgeable!!
