A storm ripped the power lines out of my house. An estimate was completed and a technician was sent out the same day. All the work, including upgrading my electrical was completed the same day.
I called ketner after a not so nice electrician couldn't help us. we had old power and desperately needed an upgrade. we had no water for two days(power wouldn't supply to water pump). Craig came to our house with in the hour after calling the office. shortly after his arrival he shot me an estimate. with in 20 minutes of accepting the estimate, his electricians were on their way. (the other guy wouldn't have been able to help for 3 weeks) at oneish they arrived. shortly after 4, we had a new meter box, and a new panel installed and working properly. same day service, excellent electricians, very reasonable pricing. I could not be more grateful for this company and how helpful they are.
Rude and unprofessional. Called to ask about having them come out and fix a outlet. I asked what the rate for the repair is and the answer was "I don't know, I don't have a little crystal ball in front of me to see the future" will never give this terribly rude company any money. I think that was a reasonable question to ask. How much is your hourly rate to fix a outlet? That did not deserve such a rude, sarcastic remark. Lost my business forever and I will tell all my friends and family to steer clear.
Left 2 large holes in my beautiful new dry wall and broke attic access door. Very sloppy work! Would not recommend at all. So disappointed! Hid behind a "clause" in their contract that they are not responsible for the damages caused by their carelessness.
They worked and worked to get our house completed before the closing. Did things above and beyond expectation.
