I've used them many times and they always cut to specification, usually while I wait.
Terrible service, had my window for 5 days to fix a piece of glass. After 3 days i called and was told they couldn't find it and they would call me back, never called. Next day i go in the store to find out whats going on and they still had no idea where my window was. The following day i finally get a call saying they found it but are unable to fix it. When i go to pick it up it was just a frame all tore apart. No apologies and no concern and was told this is just part of it. I would have been much better off i would have just left it alone rather than taking it to them to "fix" it! Will never take my business back there!
I call A&B late on the evening of September 27th and reached Dave who informed me I had called the emergency number. It was not listed on their web site as an emergency number but I did get through. Dave said he would be glad to call me the next day after 12:00 noon since I would be out until then. Since I had not heard from Dave I called him today, October 2nd and he said he had my name and number right in front of him, thank to caller ID, and I am on his list to call today. I received no apologies but a lot of excuses. I guess Dave has so much business on his hands he doesn't need to call me back. Five days without a call back is bad business as I have been in sales for over forty years and NEVER treated a customer as I have been treated by Dave. He sounded as though he was just a "good old boy" and sort of laughed it off. I will find another company who really wants our business and is more professional.
Bad taste left as a customer .
Had a very good experience getting the glass in a frame replaced. Nice people, good service.
