The care given the animals is amazing. Just expect a bit of a wait as they are very busy.
The care is good, but the front staff can come off as unfriendly and impatient, especially if you call when they're busy.

I will never take my animal to North Heritage Animal Hospital. They treated my daughter with the most unfeeling disrespect when she lost her cat to cancer not even I am sorry for your loss just had their hand out wanting payment I suggest that you bill someone the 25 dollars they owe you or ask for the money before the animal is put down unfeeling low class no concern for the animal or owner. And to think today you sent her a note telling her its time for his check up like really,,,,I am glad she does not live here as then you would be pouring salt on the wound you already created. I will post this all over the media. Doctor train your staff on empathy so this does not happen over and over again. Meanwhile think twice before you take your pet here
