We called to get an estimate from Ideal, they came out and I said from the get go that I wanted a metal roof. The salesman said that they are expensive and I said that's what I want. He stated that he would quote me for a shingle roof and if I still wanted metal then he would give me a quote for metal. So when I finally got the quote for shingles which I never wanted. They said they would get me the metal quote and never heard from them again! All the times before this I had to call to get anything as well. I guess they don't like doing metal roofs or my money.

The guy that came out for estimate was on time and explained everything to me clearly. They got to my roof quickly and seemed like in no time they were done. Outstanding job highly recommend
