Kelly cleaned our carpets both at home and at our showroom. We are impressed! I've had other carpet cleaners before, but they, by far, are the BEST! Will definitely use Mark May Carpet Cleaning again!
Outstanding job! The BEST carpet cleaning EVER! I bought a home and needed some spots removed, didn't think they could be removed, when Mark May arrived it was like magic, he made them disappear! Beautiful results!! Clean, fresh, and spot free carpets! I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Mark May to clean my carpets!
He was super friendly and did an amazing job! You can tell he was very passionate about his job and it really showed! our old roommates left their bedroom carpet looking really rough and smelling horrible from their dog pee and he took his time and it looked like new carpet. He is a bit more expensive than the other places we called and got quotes from but thats because you are literally paying for what you get! I was totally fine with paying a little more just for Markmay. I was flabbergasted by how amazing our carpets looked!!! We even had some stains and had a lighter colored carpet and when he was done it seriously looked all brand new! super friendly and amazing!!! I will continue to use his company when needed!!!! 110% happy with having him clean our carpets! :)

He took the time to walk each room with me, highlight areas of concern and even took the time to talk to me about other projects in the home in the future! They were able to get me on the schedule quickly, prior to a major holiday and accommodate evening appointment with no hassle! I will absolutely be using them again! :)
