I was referred to this agency by a personal friend in the insurance industry who asked me to give this company a try. To this point in my life I had not had any claims that were unavoidable or caused by negligent behavior and I was proud of this until I was advised by my old homeowners carrier that I was going to be cancelled "If I had any more claims." This was seriously after having three claims in a 10 year period which were completely beyond my control. I cancelled my old homeowners because of this. Nothing personal but I kind of feel like people need to be treated with more respect. After switching to Crapo Ins. I was assigned Greg Winchester as my agent. This guy is seriously the most personable insurance agent I have ever met. Greg really takes care of my insurance needs and explains everything thoroughly and from a common sense point of view. Greg set me up with Erie Insurance which provides great coverage for my family and takes all of the worry away from having a possible claim. I am seriously impressed by the professionalism of this company and the employees that they use to accommodate their customers. I have been with Crapo Ins. for about 4 years and can seriously say I'm in this one for the long haul. It's not very often that you find yourself telling your friends about how well you're being treated by your insurance company but I have done this several times over the last 4 years with Crapo Ins. Thanks Crapo and thank you Greg for caring about my needs and my family.
My Husband called Crapo on Monday for a multi Vehicle policy quote and here it is Friday morning and still no call back with the quote!!!! I even called them on Wednesday and was told they was in a meeting and would return my call still waiting, needless to say I will not be doing business with this company!!! Not recommending them to anyone....and I only gave 1 star because I had to!!!
