Lots of problems with not sending bills so I went to them taking directly out of my account and they messed that up and then they discontinued me fit nonpayment!! Nonpayment guess they forgot they're supposed to take it out.
I have never had insurance through a company that cares so much about their customers. Regardless what day it is or what time it is, this office will do what it takes to ensure you are taken care of. They make insurance simple. The lady at the front desk is very polite and the staff as a whole is very honest people. It might not be the cheapest insurance but as quick as they pay out claims is worth it. If I have any problems I can go into their office at anytime and they will make sure I leave happy.
I have been with StateFarm and SafeCo before switching to Allstate, and never would I have anything negative to say about this specific location. Michael Daugherty has been the gentleman that has taken care of everything that can be done for our insurance. We are a younger couple and insurance isn’t going to be cheap anywhere for a couple of years, but Michael has still done his best to make us feel as if we are getting our best out of Allstate. He is respondent at any time and If something needs attention he is quick to let us know. We bundle with renters and full coverage on our vehicle. All together it comes out to about $40 cheaper a month than some of the other insurance companies. I would recommend this specific location to anyone that wants to just feel welcomed when an issue with something comes up, or anyone just wanting great car insurance!
