Got some really good deals right before Christmas!
Oh. My. Goodness. Best experiences I've had in an Old Navy. I live over an hour away and my fiance and I plan trips specifically to go to this store. What a wonderful selection as well as HUGE clearance rack (always good in my book). ALWAYS, DEFINETLY, go here. Btw store clerks are so nice and helpful and the dressing room never has a line.
Found the things we needed and the lady that was checking us out was super nice
Went to complete a exchange on an item and doors were locked at 8:50pm. Called and spoke with the Manager and she informed me that she closed last night and that she did not lock the doors until 9pm, at that point she called my husband a liar, stated that she did not lock the doors until 9pm. if that was the case why could my husband not get the doors open to exchange. We have purchased all my kids clothes for school there, but now I will not return to purchase anything after being called a lair. If doors don't open then they are locked right
