Customer Service is number one with us. We manage each transport as if it were family. While each transport is not always life threatening, we want to bring comfort to each and every transport.
They are terrible slow at pick up they tell you 1 hour then you call cause there not here to pick up patient and they tell you another hour. Meanwhile the pt is sitting in there wheel chair for over an hour its ridiculous something needs done or they need more drivers.
