Charged addition $370 for smoking in car(non smoker) even though no burns, but one piece of debris on the seat and dust on the dashboard. Ridiculous!
VERY POOR. WAS PAID BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEN MONTHS LATER TOOK $257.43 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I EVEN HAD A CHECK NUMBER AND DAY IT CLEARED THE BANK. REFUSED TO HELP. THEY SAID THAT I RECEIVED THE CHECK AND CASHED IT.
AND I WOULD NOT HAVE CHECKED THE ONE STAR IF I HAD THE OPTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
